These terms govern your use of BoomClaps at boomclaps.com. By creating an account or using BoomClaps, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. Contact us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Commitments and reviews
BoomClaps lets you set deadlines, record your progress, and invite someone to review your proof. You decide what to commit to and whether to accept an invitation. Choose safe, lawful commitments and agree on what counts as proof before starting. Use the review and appeal options available for that commitment to dispute an outcome.
Reviewers make their own decisions based on the information they receive. A recorded outcome or browser check-in does not guarantee that an activity took place.
Content and invitations
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give BoomClaps permission to store, process, and show it as needed to run the service, including making it available to authorized reviewers for a commitment or appeal.
Share only information you have permission to share. Keep invitation links private, send them only to the intended recipients, and respect requests to stop contacting someone. If you send an invitation through WhatsApp, its terms also apply to your use of that service.
Acceptable use
Do not use BoomClaps to harass, threaten, spam, or impersonate anyone. Do not submit unlawful content, fake evidence, or material that violates someone else’s privacy or rights. Do not try to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Availability and account access
The service may be interrupted or change over time. We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, protect the service, or comply with the law. You can stop using BoomClaps at any time. For account deletion, follow the steps in the Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
